PlansMap ("we", "the app") is a multi-tenant project planner. This policy explains what data we collect and how we handle it, with particular attention to the optional Microsoft Outlook calendar integration.
When you sign in with Google, we store your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier so we can authenticate you and associate you with the plans and tasks you create or that are shared with you.
If you choose to connect your Outlook calendar, PlansMap requests the Microsoft Graph Calendars.Read (delegated) permission. You explicitly consent to this on Microsoft's own sign-in screen; no administrator acts on your behalf.
You may instead add a public iCalendar (.ics) feed URL or upload an .ics
file. For a saved feed URL, our server periodically fetches that URL to read event details (subject,
dates, location, organizer) and import them as tasks. We store the feed URL and the imported tasks; you
can remove a feed at any time from the app's settings. Uploaded files are parsed once and not retained.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. Calendar data is used only to provide the features described above. Plan and task data is visible to people you share a plan with.
Data is stored in our application database. Access tokens are used solely to call Microsoft Graph on your behalf and are removed when you disconnect.
